|Q||How can I return my Order?|
There are two return policies for returning order as:
1. Original Artwork Return Policy:
After receiving artwork, you have 2 days to decide whether to keep the artwork or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
You can return your order; if you’re unsatisfied of your received artwork. In doing so, please pop an e-mail as subject: “Return Order” to our customer service team at email@example.com including your name, order number, order name, shipping ID and a reason for return.
Then you will receive an email having shipping address within 24 hours.
- If you do not send us returning artwork within 5-7 days from the day you sent us mail, you will NOT be eligible for a REFUND.
- Art that is returned DAMAGED will NOT be refunded.
- We are not responsible for undelivered returns.
2. Damaged Artwork Return Policy:
Sorry for your inconvenience! When received damaged artwork, you have to email as subject: “Damaged Order” to our customer service team within 2 days at firstname.lastname@example.org by UPLOADing a digital photo of damaged artwork, including your name, order number, order name and shipping ID.
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours, confirming that your photo return is being processed.
When your photo return is confirmed, we’ll send you a shipping (artist) address.
Pack the item for shipping:
Repackage the artwork for shipping using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.
Please use a tracking service such as UPS or FedEx & also inform us about Shipping details (including tracking number) at email@example.com.
When you buy artwork from here, you are not paying for shipping charges under $100 dollar artwork. But when you return artwork to us, you have to bear shipping cost, international returns (if valid) & custom charges of returning the order. Buyer is held responsible for return costs.
|Q||When will I receive my Refund?|
Once the artist notifies us of the receipt of the return artwork, we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Please remember, We’ll give you a full refund minus the original postage and packaging cost.
